Beetroot Capsules - Stamina and Energy Support

I dunno what's going on but I think my body loves this stuff! I'm taking a couple other supplements but my digestion has been hugely improved, and inflammation much much better wow. I've dealt with lymphocytic colitis and just an oober speedy digestion with anything potentially upsetting, messing with my gut. My joints are feeling great also. I eat pretty well over all and exercise but still struggle to just feel, good! I will keep taking this product.

I'm 54, have two grown children and my trips to the bathroom during the night had become out of control. The last week before I bought this product, I was up every 50 to 90 minutes to empty my bladder. Exhausting, to say the least. I did not realize pumpkin seed extract contained tryptophan which, when combined with carbs, aids in falling and staying asleep. I also have PTSD which manifests itself almost every night in bad dreams. While I'm not suggesting this is a treatment for PTSD, last night was the first night in a very long time, that I've been able to sleep four and half hours, dreamless, without having to wake and go to the bathroom. I almost wept with relief and happiness. Needless to say, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. And I've only just begun taking it. I just did some research and discovered that if I ate half a turkey sandwich on wheat bread before going to bed, the effects of this product will do even better. Guess what I'm shopping for today? :)

I'm a "casual" supplement taker. Part of me doesn't really expect things to work and if I don't visibly see results, I typically fall off the wagon.

I'm ordering my 3rd bottle of this black current oil today. I can say I've done an "A/B test" (A.K.A: forgetting to take the supplement for like a month and then remembering), and I can see the difference. It's most notable in my nails. If I stop taking the black currant oil, I can actually see a visibly line in my nails where they suddenly thin out.

So, I do think this product really works, at least for people like me with super thin nails.

I'm so glad I ordered this product. I had stopped taking cod liver oil supplements a few years ago, and just days after taking this product I realized how beneficial cod liver oil is. I'm in the house now more often than not, and wanted to make sure my vitamin D level stays where it should. I've known for years now how important it is to your health to keep your vitamin and nutrient levels where they should be. I had forgotten how good cod liver oil is for your joints. Within a few days I could feel the difference. Very happy with this product.

My wife has Hashimoto's and was experience a skin problem due to immune problems. I got these for her and she tolerated the pills well and her skin improved. I take these occasionally myself as well. The oil is not rancid--as is the case with some formulations--and there is virtually no aftertaste. It's worth noting that the body only converts a small % of beta carotene (pro vitamin A) to vitamin A if you take that. Not the case with cod liver oil.

I have had melasma (dark spots/hyperpigmentation on my face) for the last two years. I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it. I read a blog post that cod liver oil helps, so I tried it. In less than two weeks, I have seen a dramatic difference in the overall appearance of my skin!! I can't believe this miracle product!!

I have tried fish oil capsules before, but they left me with a fishy aftertaste. These pills have no aftertaste, and you only take one a day. I highly recommend them!
